2.3 Registration Requirements. To register a zh8888 account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You must notify zh8888 immediately if any of your registration information changes.
One Account Policy: Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one (1) zh8888 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different personal details, mobile numbers, email addresses, or CNIC numbers, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All accounts associated with a breach of this policy may be closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice or appeal.
2.4 Account Verification (KYC). zh8888 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documentation at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing any withdrawal, or in response to any account activity that triggers a compliance review. Required documents may include a clear photograph of your CNIC (front and back), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Accounts may be restricted until satisfactory documentation is provided.
3.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your zh8888 account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify zh8888 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. zh8888 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security or from your disclosure of your credentials to any third party.
3.2 Account Activity Responsibility. All bets, wagers, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions made via your zh8888 account are your responsibility, irrespective of whether they were made by you personally or by any other person accessing your account. zh8888 will treat all account activity as authorised by the account holder.
3.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided to zh8888 at registration and at any subsequent time is truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.4 Account Non-Transferability. Your zh8888 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, pledged as collateral, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will render the account subject to immediate closure.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. zh8888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods approved for Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and other methods as may be listed in your account wallet at any given time. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
4.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed instantly in most cases. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) to two (2) hours. zh8888 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking institutions, or telecommunications providers.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits wherever technically feasible. Withdrawal processing times are as follows: JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 30–60 minutes; bank transfers within one (1) to three (3) business days. VIP tier members may be entitled to expedited processing in accordance with their tier benefits. zh8888 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility. Withdrawals are subject to completion of CNIC-based KYC verification. Funds deposited but not wagered at least once may be subject to a processing fee at zh8888's sole discretion. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
Third-Party Payments Prohibited: All deposits to your zh8888 account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review, possible suspension, and return of funds at zh8888's discretion.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, promotional credits, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives offered by zh8888 are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible game categories, time limitations, and maximum bet restrictions during active bonus play. These specific terms are communicated at the point of each promotion and are incorporated into this Agreement.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated explicitly in the promotion's specific terms. Bets placed on games excluded from bonus wagering do not count toward wagering requirements.
5.3 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in your zh8888 account at any given time. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of either or both bonuses at zh8888's discretion.

Detected bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.
5.5 zh8888's Discretion. zh8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability. Eligibility for any promotion is determined entirely at zh8888's discretion.
6.1 Game Rules. Each game available on zh8888 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. It is the player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of each game before placing any wagers. In the event of a conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
6.2 System Errors. In the event of a malfunction, system error, communication failure, or any technical issue that results in an incorrect game outcome, bet settlement, or balance display, zh8888 reserves the right to void the affected round or transaction and return the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a system malfunction are not considered valid and will not be paid.

11.1 Platform Availability. zh8888 makes no warranty that its platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.
11.2 Limitation of Damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, zh8888's total aggregate liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the zh8888 platform shall not exceed the value of the net deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
11.3 Excluded Losses. zh8888 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, even if zh8888 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
12.1 Amendments. zh8888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the zh8888 platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account.
12.2 Termination by zh8888. zh8888 may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, including in cases of suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory compliance requirements, or any other reason determined at zh8888's sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, any balance in the account may be subject to review and potential forfeiture.
12.3 Account Closure by Player. Any player may request closure of their zh8888 account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any balance remaining in the account at the time of closure (subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions and KYC requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming law principles applicable to zh8888's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause shall limit zh8888's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where it deems appropriate to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent harm to its platform, users, or operations.
Any dispute between a player and zh8888 that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties within thirty (30) days of written notice of the dispute shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.
